Kevin joined the Sanford Rose Associates Network in May of 2002 in partnership with Howard Gostin, later acquiring sole and present ownership of our firm. As Managing Director, he now has 20+ years of boutique search experience helping clients to fill critical roles in the biotechnology industry with the best overall talent in the industry. Kevin has completed over 200+ diverse niche searches in the biotechnology industry and with clients of all sizes, particularly ranging from public or private start-up and early-stage biotechs through mid-sized, publicly-traded biotechnology companies with market capitalization of several billion $. His expertise is exclusively focused on specialized roles in the biotechnology sector, including: corporate communications and investor relations; M.D.’s, Clinical Research & Development, and Product Safety; business development, corporate development and Program Management; as well as FDA-regulated opportunities, including Quality, Manufacturing and Regulatory Affairs.

His boutique search career began in the mid ‘90’s with the placement of U.S. licensed primary care physicians, especially internal medicine M.D’s, and Sub-Specialty physicians in hospital settings and primary care practices throughout the United States. Since 1999 his hands-on recruitment experience has concentrated exclusively with boutique search firms which share his customer-focus, high expectations, competitive nature, detail-orientation and passion for biotechnology.

Kevin earned a BA in Political Science from Gettysburg College, where he was twice elected captain of the varsity soccer team. He lives in Cohasset, MA with his wife Caroline, sons Alex and Will and their black Labrador retriever. He is a native of Cape Cod, Mass. and a life-time resident of coastal Massachusetts. Kevin enjoys triathlons, mountain biking, surfing year-round, skiing, traveling and all outdoor pursuits.
