At any given time, we work with a limited number of Clients and undertake a limited number of executive search assignments so that we do not compromise the quality of our efforts. We also commit to working with a select number of Life Sciences industry companies so that we so that we have access to 95-plus percent of the talent pool in each sector or niche.
