Andy Miller started BrainWorks in 1991 and Continues to lead the firm and the Consumer Products Practice, placing talent ranging from middle management to Executive level with an eye for impacting the business regardless of function. Andy’s Client roster ranges from Fortune 50 companies to smaller entrepreneurial organizations looking to grow and believe that finding the right people make a difference.
In 2011, Andy become a member of the Pinnacle Society, a prestigious consortium of the top 75 recruiters in the country. Andy received a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology after spending 3 years in social services. He transitioned into business, spending 10 years in the Telecommunications field where he won numerous sales awards including being in the Gold Club for 5 consecutive years and Salesman of the Year in 1997 and 1998.
