This would include such things as: Ensure Compliance and deployment of EH&S regulations and activities Implement Best Practices â Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals; formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize the output; monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures Mentor, train and develop team members for career progression and personal growth Directs the work objectives of the Production, Maintenance, Shipping/Receiving, Manufacturing Engineering and Warehouse departments. Monitoring the inventory of raw materials and ensuring that raw materials are promptly ordered to maintain an adequate inventory. Developing, installing and monitoring effective KPIâ?’s Qualified candidates will have: Five or more years of direct composite manufacturing experience which includes operational leadership of production with close collaboration with engineering, maintenance, quality control and logistics. Thorough understanding and knowledge of Aerospace Composite materials, composite manufacturing and conversion processes and applicable Aerospace quality standards. Current and full understanding of EH&S compliance requirements â that will include OSHA and Federal, State and local environmental compliance standards for relevant chemical products.
