Shawn Knox has been named Partner and IT Practice Leader of Sanford Rose Associates®- Somerset. Shawn brings over 30 years of global IT and talent acquisition leadership experience in the Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Consumer Products field and is a natural fit to spearhead the network’s expansion and bring renewed focus to certain key functional areas.
Shawn most recently completed the successful acquisition integration of the Finance and HR functions for a large North East University. During Shawn’s tenure as CIO of Ansell Ltd, a global medical device and personal/safety products company, he transformed the IT group from a traditional functional organization to a commercial business partnership. Shawn also led a long term technology project that supported the company’s global growth strategy This came after a successful career as CIO for Photronics, where he developed and executed the IT strategy for this semi conductor manufacturer.
With complimentary roles at American Saw and Duracell, Shawn has been at the leading edge of bringing successful commercial and operational technology platforms to these organizations while building strong leadership and technology teams.
