Dallas, Texas, June 28, 2013 – The Sanford Rose Associates® Executive Search Network has expanded its organization with the opening of Sanford Rose Associates – Flower Mound.  R. Todd Mapes is President of Sanford Rose Associates – Flower Mound, an executive search firm specializing in Sales opportunities exclusively in the Consumer Collections and Contact Center industries. As a Collections and Contact Center veteran, Todd understands that unique relationship between customer experience and organizational profitability, and has a track record of “ finding people who make a difference” for his clients.

Prior to founding Sanford Rose Associates – Flower Mound, Todd was Vice President of Sales at Advanced TeleSolutions in Dallas for 10 years. ATS is one of the largest providers of Collections and Call Center functions in the cable television and utilities market. He provided Retention, Collection, and Customer Service offerings to their client’s customer base.
