Job Summary

This position requires solid electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic technological aptitude.  The ability to grasp complex issues and analyze in a goal oriented manner is necessary. You will take on 50% project management, customer interface and 50% technical hands-on equipment work. You will coordinate and oversee the project management and technical support services required for the installation, commissioning, support of the equipment, and the operator training. You will coordinate schedules, initiate service quotes and will invoice after the completion of services rendered.  The position will advise and assist the sales team on all aspects of the equipment sizing, layout and equipment capabilities and fit for application.

Customer Relations
Responsible for high level customer satisfaction through contact with the customer and distributor service personnel relating to installation, service and training questions while maintaining a positive customer service approach in all situations.

Field Support
Maintain a staff of highly trained technicians to support installation, service repair and troubleshoot equipment in the field.

Excellent interpersonal, written, phone communication skills and computer literacy in windows based programs required.   Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.  Ability to follow instructions, work independently and a positive attitude are also required.
