And that, experts say, increasingly threatens those contractors\u2019 ability to compete and ultimately to survive.<\/p>\n<p>Admitting the dangers of making overly broad generalizations about large groups, Jackson, Mich.-based recruitment consultant <a href=\"http:\/\/thesmithgroupmi.com\/about-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Juli Smith<\/a> nevertheless says millennials do want to be managed differently from their predecessor generations.
