According to Randstad\u2019s 2016 Workplace Trends Report, 79% of hiring managers say it\u2019s difficult to find applicants who meet the job description for open positions.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a sentiment shared by <a href=\"http:\/\/thesmithgroupmi.com\/about-us\/\" target=\"_blank\">Juli Smith<\/a>, president of the Jackson, MI-based <a href=\"http:\/\/thesmithgroupmi.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Smith Consulting Group<\/a> \u2013 especially in civil engineering.
