Shapiro Legal Search – A member of the Sanford Rose Associates\u00ae network of offices, devotes its practice to providing world-class legal search services to its client law firms and companies. Our legal search consultants have developed extensive expertise within specific markets to aid in making the right match between our candidates and client’s organizational goals.\u00a0 We conduct custom searches for Partners looking to or open to making a move to another firm and attorneys looking to make a move in-house or to another corporate environment. \u00a0We pride ourselves in our ability to identify the rare candidates to fit our firm and corporate clients\u2019 specific needs.\u00a0 All of our services are conducted with adherence to the highest professional standards and the NALSC’s code of ethics.<\/p>\n

What We Do<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shapiro Legal Search works on behalf of our clients to search for and recruit highly talented legal professionals.\u00a0 All fees related to the search are client-paid.\u00a0 In every search we establish a solid working relationship with the client.\u00a0 This includes developing a thorough understanding of the position specification, organizational structure and company culture, as well as the client’s expectations for the prospective partner\/attorney.\u00a0 We then search for the best candidates, using our extensive network of referral sources and our central database of already identified attorney candidates. Our job at this point is twofold:\u00a0 To determine whether an attorney’s qualifications, interests and objectives are consistent with the opportunity, and to brief the prospective attorney candidate on the opportunity.\u00a0 Only if we determine that there is candidate interest and appropriate qualifications, will we discuss the attorney’s credentials with the client and arrange for an interview.\u00a0 Once a mutual interest is established between the client and candidate, we become facilitators. Your Shapiro Legal Search Consultant will brief you thoroughly on the client and the interview process. Your Consultant will, when needed, assist in negotiating all aspects of any employment offer and will help identify any problems that may arise, working with you to resolve them.\u00a0 Counsel on cost of living and relocation issues also can be provided.<\/p>\n
