Job Summary (General Responsibilities):

As the SEO Marketing Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and implementing SEO to ensure that our digital content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our traffic, brand presence, global market share, and company profitability. The SEO Marketing Manager will monitor and evaluate our, and our competitors, search results and performance across major search channels to develop, recommend, and implement SEO strategies.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Develop global strategy for the improvement of organic search ranking and the maximization of ROI for International brands.
• Define global priorities, requirements, tasks, KPIs, and resources associated to SEO strategies.
• Manage and execute implementation of SEO tactics to support strategy.
• Communicate to appropriate cross-functional team members and stakeholders on strategy/project development, timelines, and results.
• Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and development.
• Manage relationships with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices across coding, content, and SEM campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze SEO statistics such as redirects, click rate, bounce rate, et al.
• Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites, pages, and content.
• Provide SEO-friendly product-naming recommendations for NPIs (New Product Introductions).
• Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals for NPIs and content-marketing-efforts general and keyword specific.
• Explore, implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools).
• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
• Provide cross-functional and global team support as needed, including keyword research for SEM or AMS campaigns.
• Provide guidance around SEM/SEO a cross platform and domain approach (e.g.,,, etc.).
• Manage ad-hock website audits, site analysis, and other digital projects as needed.
• Develop and implement link building strategy and campaigns.
• Passion for SEO and digital marketing.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years experience is the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) industry with a deep understand of SEO ranking signals.
• Deep understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process.
• Experience working with popular keyword and SEO tools optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources (e.g. Google Adwords, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, Brightedge SEMrush, or others).
• Familiarity working with CMS and building/administering content in multiple CMS environments a plus.
• Familiarity of HTML/CSS and website administration
• High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Familiarity with Amazons AMS program a plus
• BS/BA degree required
• College degree required
• Ability to work under little supervision and manage multiple projects at once
