Create your business Profile

Our team will market and promote your product through our expansive network, so our leadership team will conduct an initial educational review to learn about your technology. We work together to identify marketing opportunities, specific call points, specialty targets, and compensation to attract quality 1099 agents to your product line.

Initial Search Assignment Call – Candidate Profile

During our initial call, we conduct a thorough exploration of the desired background, and skill traits of prospective candidates including field experience, geography coverage, education, personality, expectations, roles, and responsibilities. Our team will provide a candidate criteria template and work together to set up search criteria, so all candidates meet at least 90% or more of the skills you require.

Presentation of Candidates

Each client is assigned 3 full-time recruiting managers that begin to interview, validate, and present candidates to you and your team. To simplify the process, we book your candidate interviews directly to your calendars within the time blocks you’ve set.

Clients are provided with a weekly dashboard that summarizes the presented candidates. The dashboard, combined with a bi-weekly status call, are designed to review the candidate pipeline, recap interviews and adjust criteria or regions. Open dialogue is important to diagnose what is and isn’t working in your search parameters and proactively figure out alternatives to secure the right talent for your team.

How do I pay 1099 distributors?

1099 Agents are compensated with a commission percentage on the sale of your products. Commission rates depend highly on the type and price of products that are offered.

What is the cost per hire?

This program is a flat fee, meaning there is no cost per hire or limit to how many you can sign. Your success is our success!

Do you provide any support once we sign a distributor?

Once you sign an agreement with the distributor it is up to the company to manage the relationship, the onboarding process, training, and field support for them to be successful.

What happens if we don’t sign anyone?

There is no guarantee that you and a distributor will enter into an agreement; you are paying for the service, not the hire. We report feedback from the distributors we speak to with regard to your compensation package and product. Many clients find that the feedback helps them understand how to improve their messaging, compensation, and training procedures.
