Executive search firm Sanford Rose Associates(r) – San Diego has promoted Linda Sierra to the role of Principal. Ms. Sierra is an accomplished executive search consultant and veteran human resources professional, having spent eighteen years working in the Biotechnology (pharmaceutical and diagnostic) industry within both private and public companies. Focusing on the C-suite, she has assisted our Life Sciences clients by placing CFOs, CCOs, and senior general management executives into roles responsible for key operations and functions over the past two years. Linda’s strong industry network and long standing client relationships have contributed to her success in completing a significant number of impressive placements for our clients.
In her new role, Ms. Sierra will focus on developing a pipeline of executives capable of generating profitable growth for our clients as the Life Sciences sector enters new and challenging environments.

Prior to joining Sanford Rose Associates(r), Ms. Sierra worked as a human resources generalist, with an emphasis on recruiting and HRIS, at Biotech companies including Ligand Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Nereus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in San Diego, and ViroLogic, Inc. (now Monogram Biosciences a LabCorp Company) in South San Francisco. Earlier in her career, Linda held executive administrative support roles with Canji, Inc., Cytel Corporation, and Ernst & Young.
