JOB DESCRIPTION

The KeepCool Sales Operations Coordinator has a broad range of responsibilities in support of the KeepCool sales team. This position plays a critical role in managing all operational needs of the sales team and communicate and coordinate activities with other key disciplines in the company (such as supply chain, marketing and finance). To perform this job successfully, you must be action oriented, and customer focused, with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with, interact and collaborate with individuals and departments to achieve desired results.

REPORTS TO: Head of Business Development

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist sales team with customer meeting presentation preparation and customer communications Manage and track sales call action items in a timely manner Manage field sales requests for samples / collateral for prospective and existing customers Coordinate new product launches with customers, including retail sample submissions, completing new item set up forms, creating sales sheets and other sales communication pieces Own new vendor and new item set up process and maintenance in customer portals Liaison between sales and supply chain for deliverables for new product launches Manage and organize account files, distribution lists and sales data bases Complete weekly and monthly reports using Excel Handle and perform other tasks as may be assigned from Sales Directors and Account Managers from time to time.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS EDUCATION

Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field 1-3 years of sales operations/support experience Strong planning and organizational skills follow up and follow through are essential skills for success Passionate, well organized professional with ability to prioritize and multitask Works well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Strong sense of urgency and priority Self-starter who is proactive and motivated Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel and PowerPoint)
