A 2016 study by the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs noted that nearly three-quarters (74%) of all respondents believed that manners were on the decline.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Usually a candidate is in the home stretch when it comes to having a meal, but I always say, &#8216;Don&#8217;t take your foot off the gas,&#8217; because it is not a done deal.
