A recent survey by InsideOut Development, a workplace coaching firm, finds that 75 percent of Gen Z members believe they should be promoted within their first year on the job, while 32 percent believe they should get a promotion within their first six months.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/bluerocksearch.com\/ruben-moreno\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ruben Moreno<\/a>, an executive recruiter who leads the HR practice group at <a href=\"http:\/\/bluerocksearch.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Blue Rock Search<\/a> in Knoxville, Tenn., says he\u2019s seen this firsthand\u2014among the candidates he speaks with and the people who work at his firm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlmost everyone else here is a millennial,\u201d says Moreno, who is 50. \u201cThey think differently and act differently.
