To be considered for the prestigious recognition, your company must have an office in Central Ohio with at least 10 full-time employees.<\/p>\n<p>Their program in Central Ohio has been the longest-running awards program in the area. This year, they celebrated their 12th year as highlighting businesses across Columbus and received 200 nominations.<\/p>\n<p>The list of 200 organizations was narrowed down to 50 companies based on surveys sent to employees centered on workplace satisfaction. The final rankings were revealed on November 10th and ten companies were honored in five categories: extra-large companies with at least 250 local employees; large companies with 100 to 249 employees; medium companies with 50 to 99 local employees; small companies with between 25 and 49 workers; and micro companies with 10 to 24.<\/p>\n<p>It was with great honor that Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners was the recipient of the Best Place To Work In Ohio in the micro category.
