Shawn brings over 30 years of global IT and talent acquisition leadership experience in the Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Consumer Products field and is a natural fit to spearhead the network\u2019s expansion and bring renewed focus to certain key functional areas.<\/p>\n<p>Shawn most recently completed the successful acquisition integration of the Finance and HR functions for a large North East University. During Shawn\u2019s tenure as CIO of Ansell Ltd, a global medical device and personal\/safety products company, he transformed the IT group from a traditional functional organization to a commercial business partnership.
