R. Todd Mapes is President of Sanford Rose Associates – Flower Mound, an executive search firm specializing in Sales positions exclusively within the Collections and Contact Center industry. As a Collections and Contact Center veteran, Todd understands that unique relationship between customer experience and organizational profitability, and has a track record of “ finding people who make a difference” for his clients.

Todd established his executive search practice after an extensive twenty-year career in B2B sales, working with senior and executive level decision makers and providing solutions to the Collections, and Contact Center Industry.

Prior to founding Sanford Rose Associates – Flower Mound, Todd was Vice President of Sales at Advanced TeleSolutions in Dallas for 10 years. ATS is one of the largest providers of Collections and Call Center functions in the cable television and utilities market. He provided Retention, Collection, Sales, and Customer Service offerings to their client’s customer base. Having this background, Todd possesses a significant depth of understanding as to the unique challenges of the industry, the dynamic nature of the sales process, and the importance of an effective talent acquisition process.

Before ATS, Todd was the National Account Manager for the Payment Services division of Ceridian Corporation in Dallas where he was responsible for bringing onboard Fortune 1000 companies. Ceridian Corporation is one of the largest HR and payroll service providers in the country, and introduced the paperless payroll industry.

Previous to moving to Dallas, Todd was with Ceridian’s transportation and logistics card services division, Comdata in St. Louis for 3 years. He also spent time in their Nashville, and Pittsburgh locations.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University – Columbus, Ohio, and is a member of The National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS).

He and his middle school son enjoy living in Flower Mound, and both like to watch and participate in sports while trying to find some time for golf.
