Rodger brings a wealth of knowledge and more than 30 years of executive management experience in biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceutical, and diagnostics industries. He has held a number of senior positions, which involved leading domestic and international business development, sales, and marketing teams in both start-up and multinational healthcare conglomerates. His experience includes working with scientific and engineering groups on new technology and product development, product launches, strategic and tactical planning, and the establishment and management of distribution networks.
In addition to gaining an expertise in searching for and recruiting executive talent during his corporate career, Rodger has “hands-on” experience. He led commercial efforts for molecular testing services for AltheaDx, Inc., introduced an innovative technology for digital pathology in the drug discovery and the clinical markets as Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development for DMetrix, Inc., and led commercial teams at Thermo Fisher (previously Thermo Electron), Roche Diagnostics (previously Ventana Medical Systems), Clarient, Inc. (previously ChromaVision Medical Systems), Nichols Institute/Quest Diagnostics (previously Nichols Institute Diagnostics), and Beckman Coulter.

After 35 years of resounding successes leading Sales, Marketing, Operations and R&D teams, he decided to engage in consulting and executive search full time. From start-ups to multi-billion dollar public companies, he has interviewed hundreds of potential employees, and has developed a proven knack for hiring the right people, as evidenced by the successes of the organizations he has built and managed.
A number of the managers he developed have gone on to become senior managers themselves, with two having become CEOs of small companies. It is his intent to now help others do the same.
