Our Team
We are an independently owned and operated office of SRA International, Inc., an organization in its 60th+ year of offering executive search services. We specialize in retained searches for experienced executives, management and individual contributors. We work on behalf of our client companies to search for and recruit highly qualified professionals.





Courtney Grant Tobbe is President and Managing Partner with Sanford Rose Associates – Brighton, and also leads the automotive recruiting division. Courtney is a highly respected executive search professional who joined the firm in 2008, and is an integral member of the leadership team. Courtney has 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and communications. She works directly with candidates and clients to help make the search and placement process as smooth and efficient as possible. Courtney streamlines the process of candidate interviews and works with clients to solve problems creatively and with great enthusiasm. She manages all internal marketing, training and team-building activities. Previous organizations Courtney has worked with include; The Estee Lauder Companies, Terra Land Group, Brooks Brothers Public Relations, and the United States Commercial Service Department at the American Embassy in London.
