\nAs the key employee of our firm, Kevin joined the Sanford Rose Associates\u00ae in May 2002. He is the long-tenured owner and key employee of Sanford Rose Associates-Boston South Shore in Cohasset, Massachusetts.<\/p>\n
Kevin has 20+ years of boutique search experience helping clients to fill critical roles in the biotechnology industry with the best overall talent in the industry. Kevin has completed over 200+ diverse niche searches in the biotechnology industry and with clients of all sizes, particularly ranging from start-up and early-stage public or private biotech companies through mid-sized, publicly-traded biotechnology companies with market capitalization of several billion $.<\/p>\n

\nHis boutique search career began in the mid \u201890\u2019s with the placement of U.S. licensed primary care physicians, especially internal medicine M.D\u2019s, and Sub-Specialty physicians in hospital settings and primary care practices throughout the United States. Since 1999 his hands-on recruitment experience has concentrated exclusively with boutique search firms which share his customer-focus, high expectations, competitive nature, detail-orientation and passion for biotechnology.<\/p>\n
Kevin earned a BA in Political Science from Gettysburg College in 1993.
\nCurrently one of the longest-tenured Members of the Sanford Rose Associates Network, our boutique Biotechnology Search firm was established more than two decades ago in 1996, in Columbia, Maryland. Howard Gostin, Founder, later relocated us to Orleans, Massachusetts on Cape Cod, with a new name: Sanford Rose Associates-Nauset Bay. Kevin Norgeot joined Howard at Sanford Rose, teaming up as Partners to deliver 75+ employees to MedImmune in its formative years. During this time, MedImmune was granted FDA approval for the FluMist Vaccine, and the company was later acquired by AstraZeneca. Howard sold our rapidly growing firm to Kevin, simultaneously moving Sanford Rose Associates-Boston South Shore to its long-term, permanent location in Cohasset Massachusetts close to the biotechnology hub in Cambridge, Mass.<\/p>\n

Howard Gostin, Founder:<\/h3>\n
After establishing our Biotechnology Search firm, dedicated 100% to life sciences recruitment, he was successful for 10+ years leading niche searches representing our biotechnology clients. His functional specialization focused on Clinical Research & Development, Drug Safety, Regulatory Affairs and Manufacturing roles for SRA.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining the Executive Search industry, Howard had 25+ years of experience in the medical device and life sciences industries, and chemicals. He worked for Diamond Shamrock in the Manufacturing and Research and Development of polymers, and for W. R. Grace in the healthcare, engineering and IS fields. In healthcare, he was Technical Director for the country of Ireland for Grace\u2019s National Medical Care subsidiary, responsible for hemodializer and hemofiltration manufacturing, as well as Director of Research at Grace\u2019s Washington Research Center, shortly before establishing our search firm in Maryland. Howard earned his BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware. He is retired and living in Eastham, Massachusetts with his wife, Jennifer, who is also an alumnus of Sanford Rose.<\/p>\n
