Don, President of Sanford Rose Associates® – Norcross, has extensive background in sales and marketing, with stints in industrial and consumer hard goods, as well as wireless telecommunications services. He worked five years for MobileComm/BellSouth in various sales/marketing and general management positions before opening an Sanford Rose Associates® office in 1990.

Career experience gained within the telecommunications industry, as well as recruiting for carriers, vendors, and service companies over the past twenty-five years, gives Sanford Rose Associates® – Norcross a solid technical competency and understanding of the unique nature of the business. Don is also an active member of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), an active member and a Past President of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services (GAPS), and a member and a past President of the Owners Association for the Sanford Rose Associates® franchise system. He has earned the designation Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) from NAPS. He received his BA in Mathematics/Economics from Rockford University in Rockford, IL now serves as a member of its Board of Trustees.

Jan Patrick, Administrative Manager and Research Specialist, taught secondary level English for more than a decade before helping to build Sanford Rose Associates® – Norcross starting in 1990. She received her BA in English from Rockford University and her MA in English from Andrews University.
