Our client, an innovative and growing consumer products company that is leading market share and securing its place as a leader in the organic food category, is seeking a Field Sales Analyst to join their team and reap the benefits of rapid company expansion. The Field Sales Analyst will be responsible for syndicated data, category, and insights. The Field Sales Analyst will be responsible for drawing insights using ACNielsen syndicated data, analyzing business strategy changes, understanding the organic  category and operations, and turning around insights through analyzing the business, drivers, and where to shift strategy. This role allows for progressive advancement within the organization over time. The opportunity promotes an “all hands on deck mentality”, working with the brokers and manufacturers, ability to multitask, passion for being a part of an up-and-coming growing business unit, and is ideal for a candidate who has a high level of communication across sales teams and broker network.


Responsibilities include:
 Ability to own and master syndicated data management through ACNielsen to analyze business performance
 Identify competition in the marketplace specifically 4P drivers
 Support sales team in trade spending oversight
 Take charge of internal distribution list, trade grids, and trade planners
 Ability to be a liaison between field sales to marketing, finance, and demand and supply chain
 Successfully complete sales planning process in a joint effort with Customer Development Director
 Cohesive forecast management with Sales Function, Demand Planner, Marketing, and Broker Network


Ideal candidate will possess:
 B.A. or B.S. in Business Management or Marketing
 Expertise  in syndicated data analysis, in particular ACNielsen
 Proficiency in MS Office and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
 CPG industry experience and 2-5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing function
 Qualities such as being tactical, taking initiative, being assertive, high work standards, results-driven, a self-starter, & detail-oriented individual
